All our employees are trained according to our behavior based TechSolve Safety and Health System. The goal of our health and safety training is to provide our staff with the awareness and tools needed to identify unsafe systems processes, situations, and behaviors and to ensure they are empowered to take action when necessary to prevent accidents.
